The Logistics team are the backbone of inventory control and customer service, ensuring that every piece of equipment is accounted for and ready when needed. In this role, you\'ll support in maintaining accurate stock levels, minimizing excess inventory, and ensuring our systems and records are up-to-date.**What you can expect to be doing as a Logistics & Stock Coordinator:*** Manage all inventory control related activities* Stock reporting and processing* Maintain inventory stock holding and locations* Month End stock reporting (Liaising with Internal Departments)* Year-end counts for all stock locations* Periodical inventory cycle counts for all stock held within the Logistics dept.* Investigating and resolving any stock differences* Managing Courier/Logistics stock discrepancy reports* Maintain Logistics inbox* Inventory management with the aim of minimising loss**To set you up for success we are looking for the following skills and experience:*** Previous experience within a warehouse / stock control or administration role* Motivation to learn* Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal* The ability to manage your time effectively* Excellent time management* Some travel to other sites requiredComms-care, part of the Ingram Micro Group, is a multi-award winning, channel only, leading IT Service Provider supporting customers across the UK & Ireland.
