We are looking for an organised and proactive IT Asset & Deployment Coordinator to support device deployments, asset management, and end-user IT operations within a fast-paced customer environment. NOTE: The successful candidate must have Security Clearance to be considered for this position. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, good administrative skills, and experience handling IT equipment, service tickets, and customer requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage IT service tickets within customer ITSM systems and ensure SLA targets are met
  • Process joiners, leavers, and break-fix requests
  • Prepare and provision laptops and devices using Microsoft Intune / Autopilot
  • Update asset records and maintain CMDB accuracy
  • Arrange device deliveries and collections with end users
  • Update tickets with tracking information, asset details, and progress updates
  • Handle returned devices, including cleaning and grading equipment
  • Support large-scale laptop refresh and deployment projects
  • Assist warehouse and operational teams when required
