Our customer is in need of a Support Engineer to assist with their VMWare Horizon/VDI infrastructure. The position entails 2nd/3rd line support responsibilities, to maintain, support, and troubleshoot any issues to the infrastructure. This is an urgent 3-month remote contract with no on-site travel required.
Key Emphasis is on VMWare Horizon (Version 8), which will be the main focus of this role. You will need to possess demonstrable experience of supporting an Horizon estate.
The Person:
- Horizon Version 8 (Particularly with versions 2212 to 2312)
- Knowledge of Cisco UCS hardware
- Extreme IO Storage knowledge
- FSLogix
