The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the overall sales operations of the community, including managing the community’s sales database, providing Community Experiences to prospective seniors and their families, coordinating and obtaining all required move-in paperwork, maintaining appropriate sales collateral, and planning and coordinating sales events.

The Sales Coordinator will support new residents’ orientation to their new home at CSL and ensure each resident’s move-in is successful.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare field
  • One (1) year sales experience
  • Knowledge of the workings and operation of the long-term care industry
  • Genuine interest in improving the lives of seniors and families
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent phone communication skills, written and verbal skills for effective communication
  • Ability to facilitate small group presentations
  • Competent in organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Event planning and/or project management experience preferred

Areas of Primary Responsibility:

  • Assist the Sales Team in managing the community's sales database and achievement of sales goals
  • Provide Community Experiences to prospective residents and their families
  • Maintain appropriate sales collateral, wow gifts, and premium items
  • Coordinate and obtain all required move-in paperwork as outlined in the CSL Admission Policy
  • Support the resident's orientation to their new home at CSL and ensure each resident's move-in is smooth and successful
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of the Quarterly Revenue Plan and support overall sales analysis and strategic planning
  • Support sales events and external business development per the direction of the Executive Director
  • Other duties as assigned
