Responsibilities
- Client Reception and Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for individuals visiting or calling the agency by greeting clients, answering phones, providing general information, and directing inquiries to appropriate staff or services.
- Administrative and Records Management: Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties including processing documents, maintaining accurate electronic records, and ensuring compliance with agency procedures for data entry and document handling.
- Program Support and Applicant Screening: Assist with benefit program operations by registering applications and supporting caseworkers in the coordination of client services.
Requirements
- High school diploma supplemented with additional training and related work experience OR any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Associate’s degree preferred with coursework in subjects such as social work, human services, social or behavioral science, business or related field.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
