Considerable experience working in a multi-site industrial operation. Experience with maintenance and accountability for equipment, machinery and structures, and building security and safety systems. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel. Ability to work independently, to resolve problems and perform effectively and efficiently in complex work situations and within extensive procedural or regulatory requirements. Valid VA Drivers license.
Additional Considerations
- Certification for forklift, Industrial powered lift equipment, HVAC, Plumbing and electrical repairs/installation.
- Experience with computerized maintenance tracking system, such as TMS (Total Maintenance System).
