Commercial Coordinator – Commonwealth Games England Location: Hybrid – London (2 days/week) Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 Contract: Fixed-term to 30th September 2026 Hours: Full-time, 35 hours/week About Commonwealth Games England Commonwealth Games England support the athletes and teams representing England at the Commonwealth Games. Why This Role Matters The Commercial Coordinator will report to, and work closely with, CGE\’s Commercial Manager to ensure exceptional partner support as well as executing impactful partner events and activations in the lead up and during the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. This role will also work closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications and other functional areas to deliver enhanced value for both partners and the organisation. What You\’ll Be Doing Proactively approach partner management by understanding their partners\’ objectives and recognise opportunities to service their needs and grow their partnerships Manage and deliver impactful partner activations in line with budget and resource allocation Manage and deliver partner events programme including at Games time and support the delivery of the CGE Games time partner programme Proactively represent their partners within CGE, identifying opportunities to add value to their partners and to the wider CGE organisation Monitor and report on all aspects of the partner programme delivery, both financial & non-financial Develop relationships with NGB commercial teams and be their point of contact for any Team England related partnership queries Support the Commercial Manager in upsell and renewal discussions with partners Essential Skills Able to demonstrate a background in developing and delivering partnership and sponsorship campaigns A great communicator – capable of liaising externally with sponsors and partners as well as across all internal functions A meticulous planner and detail-orientated Calm and reliable when things get busy Comfortable managing multiple projects or events Able to use tools like Excel and PowerPoint to help get things done Keen to be part of a collaborative and purpose-led team Perks & Benefits A chance to contribute to a world-class, inclusive sporting event A hybrid working model: 2 days/week in the London office A supportive team environment where you can grow and learn Flexible working options and reasonable adjustments if needed Apply With Confidence CGE encourage applications from people of all backgrounds-including those returning to work after a career break.
