As our Gastroenterology Physician, you will join CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group, part of CommonSpirit Health, in London, Kentucky. Every day you will practice General Gastroenterology in a supportive, patient-centered environment with a collaborative medical community, advanced technology, four endoscopy suites, and the opportunity to shape your practice while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

To be successful in this role, you will be a board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterology physician who values clinical excellence, compassionate care, collaboration, and service to the community. You will also be motivated by the opportunity to grow a high-performing practice within a stable, mission-driven health system.

Join a team of four physicians, five APRNs, CMAs, and additional staff. Access to an existing patient panel, a large referral base. Monday through Friday schedule. Minimal call. Epic EMR. Build a busy practice quickly at a pace that aligns with your professional goals.

We are offering a competitive salary guarantee for up to three years, followed by a lucrative production model, along with an additional quality-based bonus. The recruitment package may include up to $200,000 in incentives through a sign-on bonus, student loan assistance, a residency bonus, and relocation assistance. Benefits include one week of CME with a $4,000 allowance, 33 days of PTO plus six paid holidays, paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage, potential eligibility for federal and state student loan forgiveness programs, comprehensive health and wellness benefits, and retirement options through Fidelity with up to a 3% match plus an additional annual company contribution equal to 3% of salary toward a 401(k) or pension plan.

Job Requirements:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology
  • Active Medical License in the State of Kentucky, or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • DEA certificate
  • Completion of ACGME Residency and Gastroenterology Fellowship
