Dignity Health Medical Group – Stockton is looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to practice alongside our primary care physicians in Stockton, CA.

Compensation Range: $140,000 - $155,000 / Year

We are affiliated with St. Joseph’s Medical Center, a 360 bed regional hospital.

Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive health assessments. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses. Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Treatment Planning and Management: Develop and implement patient care plans. Prescribe medications and therapies. Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.
- Collaboration and Consultation: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Consult with physicians and specialists as needed. Coordinate patient care across various settings.
Qualifications:
- A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
- Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
- Completion of state mandated educational courses
