Dignity Health Medical Group – Stockton is looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to practice alongside our primary care physicians in Stockton, CA.

Compensation Range: $140,000 - $155,000 / Year

The group’s affiliation with Dignity Health, one of the nation’s largest health systems, connects it to the highest standard of health care available. We are affiliated with St. Joseph’s Medical Center, a 360 bed regional hospital.

Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive health assessments. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses. Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Treatment Planning and Management: Develop and implement patient care plans. Prescribe medications and therapies. Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.
- Collaboration and Consultation: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Consult with physicians and specialists as needed. Coordinate patient care across various settings.
Qualifications:
- A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
- Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
- Completion of state mandated educational courses
