We are building the next generation of software for the AI-powered multi-cloud compute ecosystem.
Our team operates at the frontier of AI-assisted engineering, leveraging autonomous agents and cutting-edge foundation models to rapidly design, build and deploy products that solve complex infrastructure and compute challenges for our customers.
Role
You will be responsible for building customer-facing applications and products in the multi-cloud compute space, shaping technical strategy, making architectural decisions and ensuring high-quality delivery from a combination of human and AI contributors.
You’ll be hands‑on when necessary, comfortable moving across application development, infrastructure, platform engineering and site reliability domains, primarily motivated by shipping products at exceptional speed.
- What You’ll Do
- Contribute to development and delivery of customer-facing applications and platforms in the multi-cloud compute ecosystem.
- Drive execution through effective use of AI coding agents and frontier AI tooling.
- Own technical and product decisions across application, infrastructure and platform layers.
- Build and maintain cloud‑native systems across multiple cloud providers.
- Support the development of engineering standards, deployment practices, observability, reliability and operational excellence.
- Partner closely with founders, other members of the engineering team, customers and technical stakeholders to rapidly translate ideas into production systems.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies that improve development speed and product capabilities.
- Balance delivery and quality in a fast‑moving startup environment.
Requirements

- Significant, full lifecycle experience building and shipping production software systems.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals across backend, infrastructure and distributed systems.
- Confidence within a Linux environment, strong devops skills and experience with cloud orchestration technologies.
- Deep familiarity with cloud‑native architectures and modern deployment practices.
- AI‑Native Mindset, being comfortable directing AI agents and excited by the future and potential of autonomous engineering.
- Experience operating production systems with strong reliability, observability and security requirements.
- Hands‑on coding ability.
- Excellent communication and decision‑making skills.
- Previous team leading experience is desirable.
