Common Thread Ltd in Tranent is seeking a dedicated House Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our new residential home.

You will create a safe, supportive, family-style environment for our young people and coach a team of Therapeutic Support workers to deliver high-quality care.

You will oversee safeguarding, implement trauma-informed practices, manage on-call duties (including some weekends), and drive continuous improvement through strong leadership, communication, and empathy.
