At Common Thread Collective you will play a pivotal strategic role, guiding our clients toward durable, scalable growth. You will deliver steady and reliable revenue through retention‑focused initiatives—using data‑backed insights to build accurate forecasts, shape strategic direction, and ensure consistent performance.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive retention strategy across email, SMS, direct mail, popups and push notifications.
  • Create briefs, collaborate with design and content teams, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Analyse metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness of retention efforts; provide insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain data integrity across Statlas and other tracking tools; execute the Prophet system for forecasting.
  • Communicate with clients on retention goals, performance updates, and strategic alignment.
  • Lead initiatives that deliver high‑accuracy retention outcomes, exceeding productivity and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in email and SMS marketing with proven execution across campaigns and automations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in retention marketing, owning initiatives that drive predictable revenue and customer lifetime value.
  • Strong data analysis skills, proficiency with Google Sheets and other data tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client‑facing abilities.
  • Self‑managed, initiative‑driven, and a continuous learner.

Benefits & Compensation

  • First 30 days – $1,500 (Part‑time transition phase)
  • Days 31–60 – $3,000 (Full‑time start)
  • Days 61–90 – $4–5K + performance bonuses
