Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven and experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team. At CTC, you will drive client success through strategic media buying, optimization, and data-driven forecasting, developing accurate forecasts and executing strategies to transform projections into scalable growth for clients.
You will be a proactive partner in client success, maintaining clear communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and optimizations, and you will advocate for best-in-class strategies and tools to drive results.

KICK OFF PERIOD

ONBOARDING
- Align with the team (Brain Trust) and collaborate with pod members (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist).
- Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail; maintain data integrity across Statlas.
- Execute Prophet system for clients and build Growth Forecasts; coordinate Growth Maps and data analysis.
- Daily execution and adjustment of forecasts to meet KPIs; test initiatives to improve performance.
- Lead in obstacle situations; bring curiosity and problem-solving to the fore; uphold CTC’s best practices.
QUALITY AND COMMUNICATION
- Maintain a 5% delta to the forecast and align daily with clients on strategy and forecast.
- Deliver Prophet system execution on time with high quality.
- Communicate performance updates daily and provide weekly strategy updates.
CONTRIBUTING BACK
- Share learnings with the system for continuous improvement and collaborate across teams.

SALARY RANGE
- First month: $2,000
- Second month: $4,000
- Third month (avg): $7,000
- 1st Year Annual Range: $64,000-$76,000
- 2nd Year Annual Range: $100,000-$120,000
