The Role
From espresso machines to extraction systems, our venues rely on everything working, every day. We're looking for a Multi Site Facilities Manager to keep them safe, compliant and looking their best.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll manage planned and reactive maintenance, contractors and budgets across every Common Table venue – so our teams can focus on what they do best: looking after our guests.
This is a field-based role with regular time in our venues, building strong relationships with General Managers and working closely with our Health, Safety & Food Safety Manager, as well as supporting refurbishments and new openings from planning to handover.
Key Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
Planning and delivering a planned preventative maintenance schedule across all venues.
Managing reactive maintenance, prioritising issues that affect safety, trading and guests.
Managing our contractor framework, including tendering, performance and value for money.
Ensuring statutory compliance, including gas, electrical (EICR), fire systems, legionella, kitchen extraction and lifts.
Managing the facilities budget and capital expenditure plans.
Supporting refurbishments and new openings, from planning to handover.
Running the maintenance helpdesk and keeping an accurate asset register.
Driving energy efficiency and sustainability improvements across the estate.
What We're Looking For
A technical or engineering qualification, such as an HNC, HND, City & Guilds or a completed apprenticeship.
Experience as a multi-site facilities or maintenance manager.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and building services.
Experience managing contractors and budgets.
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to all venues (company car provided).
Hospitality experience (including commercial kitchen equipment), an IWFM qualification or refurbishment and fit-out project management experience would be a bonus.
