Overview: CommonSail Investment Group is a holding company that owns and manages multiple businesses. Our largest focus is in creating living and healthcare solutions for Seniors with communities and care that focus on helping seniors “Shine Everyday”.
In communities licensed for Assisted Living and Memory Care we manage our care utilizing an Electronic Health Record (eHR) management system developed by PointClickCare. As we grow from roughly 130 communities to 160 communities in the next 90 days, we are looking to add to our PointClickCare support team. We have a highly collaborative team that will help you grow and succeed. Growth opportunities will be presented in our fast-paced company.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to users of the eHR and eMAR systems, by answering questions and troubleshooting issues
- Manage help desk ticketing system and respond to users in a timely manner
- Ensure data quality and consistency across the entire organization
- Protect and maintain privacy for sensitive data according in all interactions
- Plan, develop, test, and train new eHR workflows to enhance end user experience
- Work with stakeholders to define reporting requirements for custom data requests
Skills for success:
- Working knowledge of PointClickCare, QuickMAR, and other EHRs preferred
- Understanding of healthcare delivery in assisted living residential setting
- Data Entry and documentation
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Self-motivated individual with capacity to follow tasks through to completion
- Problem solving and multitasking
- Ticketing system experience (Jira) preferred but not required.
- HL7 or SQL knowledge preferred but not required.
