The Vice President (VP) of Revenue at CorsoCare is responsible for driving enterprise-wide top line revenue growth, with primary oversight of Personal Care services in communities and private homes. This role is accountable for developing and executing revenue strategies, overseeing sales operations, and ensuring the attainment of growth targets across markets.

The VP will lead revenue strategy execution, manage new market revenue initiatives, optimize pricing structures, and ensure consistent Business Development performance across all markets. This role partners closely with Marketing, the SVP, and the VP of Personal Care to align growth initiatives with operational capacity, financial performance, and service excellence.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive sales or revenue leadership experience within the healthcare industry, with emphasis on Personal Care, post-acute, or community-based services.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-market revenue teams, drive operational efficiency, and implement strategic growth initiatives.
  • Strong financial acumen including pricing strategy, margin performance, and revenue modeling.

Accountability:

  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies to drive sustained top line growth across Personal Care services in communities and private homes. Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets aligned with organizational goals. Monitor market-level performance and implement corrective action plans as needed. Drive census growth, admissions, and start-of-care volume across markets.
  • Strategic Partnership with Marketing: Partner with Marketing to develop integrated growth campaigns and brand positioning strategies. Align messaging, referral development, and community outreach initiatives. Utilize data analytics to evaluate lead generation effectiveness and optimize conversion strategies.
  • External Business Development Training & Market Enablement: Develop and implement standardized training curriculum for external Business Development representatives in each market. Train, coach, and mentor market-level BD leaders on sales processes, relationship development, and conversion strategies. Ensure consistent messaging, value proposition articulation, and brand alignment across markets. Create accountability frameworks for BD performance including activity metrics, pipeline tracking, and revenue outcomes.
  • Community Partnership & Education: Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior living communities, referral partners, and healthcare stakeholders. Lead community-based educational sessions on Personal Care services and care model differentiation. Strengthen referral pipelines through proactive outreach and relationship management.
  • Private Duty Pricing Input: Provide strategic input on Personal Care pricing to ensure competitive and profitable pricing structures. Analyze market trends and collaborate with Finance to evaluate margin performance and optimize rates.
  • Revenue Management: Expertise in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Skilled in conducting market analysis and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Pricing Strategy: Experience in developing competitive pricing strategies.
  • Training & Development: Capable of designing and implementing effective sales training programs.
  • Client Focus: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service and improving client experiences.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
