Job Description

Job description:

We’re launching a new print-on-demand apparel and merchandise company, designing workwear and branded gear for clients, and selling our own creations on our websites and third-party marketplaces.

At the heart of this startup will be a great graphic designer - someone helping to shape our identity and creative direction from day one.

Your skills and creativity will be instrumental in our success. As we grow, so will your role. Though you will be the sole designer at the beginning, you will be developing and leading the creative team as we expand.

About Us

We’re extremely ambitious and will be investing heavily in both people and equipment to make this venture a success quickly.

This new business is part of a wider group that already runs successful B2C and B2B ecommerce brands in the food flavouring and vaping sectors. So while it’s a fresh and creative startup, it's built on the solid foundations of an established operation - with logistics, admin, and infrastructure already in place.

Our workspace is an industrial warehouse - If you're after glamour, corporate structure, and modern office culture, that isn't us. But if you like the sound of a down to earth culture of everyone pitching in to get the job done while having a few laughs, you'll feel right at home.

About You

  • Strong portfolio showcasing design for print, merchandise, and/or apparel
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Comfortable using AI tools as part of the creative workflow
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Open-minded and unafraid of provocative, edgy, or satirical design themes

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the design process for apparel and merchandise graphics and print layouts
  • Creating mock-ups for ecommerce listings and marketing
  • Developing branding for niche collections and internal brands
  • Pitching and developing your own ideas for designs and brand concepts

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting salary: c£32,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
  • NEST pension scheme
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Location: Banks, Southport (on-site role)
  • Small, collaborative, friendly team

To Apply

Please send us:

  • Your CV
  • A portfolio or links
  • A short note on why this role looks like a good fit for you

If we like what we see, we’ll invite you in for an informal chat and a cuppa.
