Job Description

We’re launching a brand-new print-on-demand workwear and merchandise company in Banks, Southport, producing custom uniforms, branded apparel and promotional products for clients – and selling our own designs online.

We’re looking for a talented and experienced embroidery and print production specialist to help us build and run our garment decoration department from the ground up. 

This role would suit someone with either existing supervisory experience or a skilled operator ready to take the next step in their career. Your knowledge and hands-on expertise will be instrumental in shaping how we work – and as the business grows, so will your role.

What You’ll Do

  • Help select and set up the right machinery (embroidery, DTF, sublimation and heat press).
  • Operate and maintain equipment to deliver consistent, high-quality results
  • Implement efficient workflows and quality checks
  • Train and support new staff as the business grows
  • Assist with other areas of the business as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in embroidery, DTF and/or sublimation printing
  • Strong understanding of garment decoration workflows
  • Comfortable setting up and maintaining machinery
  • Detail-focused with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Willingness to grow into a lead role as the department expands

What we Offer

  • £28,000 – £35,000 starting salary (depending on experience)
  • NEST pension scheme
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
