What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead & Inspire - Support the Head Chef in running a high-performing kitchen, ensuring smooth service and exceptional food quality.
- Develop & Train - Help recruit, train, and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a culture of growth and development.
- Manage Stock & Prep - Oversee food ordering, prep levels, and stock rotation to keep things running efficiently.
- Maintain High Standards - Champion food safety, compliance, and quality control to deliver consistently top-tier pizzas.
- Drive Improvement - Work with the Head Chef to refine processes, introduce new ideas, and evolve our menu.
