About the Role

Common Bond is seeking an analytical, commercially minded Growth & Performance Marketeer to own our performance marketing, CRM/email marketing, SEO and digital reporting across the group. This role is central to driving acquisition, engagement and retention, from paid digital campaigns and lifecycle emails to website optimisation and analytics.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing and our in-house creative team, you'll balance analytical precision with creative collaboration, ensuring campaigns look great, perform strongly and scale efficiently. You'll be the person who transforms brand storytelling into measurable, repeatable digital growth.

Leave: 25 Days per annum (plus bank holidays)

Hybrid Working: 3 days a week in London Bridge office

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Media & Acquisition
    • Develop and manage performance strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, retargeting and other digital channels.
    • Lead B2B LinkedIn campaigns to support our corporate wellness offering.
    • Plan, launch and optimise campaigns to drive reach, acquisition and conversion.
    • Continuously test, iterate and scale activity to improve efficiency and ROI.
    • Work with the creative team to brief and optimise performance-led ad assets.
  • CRM & Email Marketing
    • Own and execute CRM strategy through our dedicated email marketing platform.
    • Build audience segmentation, automated journeys, lifecycle flows and personalised campaigns.
    • Lead planning, creative briefing, building and scheduling of weekly and automated emails.
    • Analyse behaviour and booking patterns using Mindbody as a data source, integrating insights into CRM activity.
    • Improve conversion, retention and engagement across the digital customer lifecycle.
  • SEO & Website Performance
    • Drive SEO strategy to increase organic visibility, keyword ranking and quality traffic.
    • Optimise content, metadata, landing pages and site structure to support acquisition goals.
    • Collaborate with internal/external teams on UX improvements and conversion-rate optimisation.
    • Monitor booking funnels and user behaviour to improve conversion and online experience.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Build and deliver weekly, monthly and campaign-based reports across paid, CRM and web.
    • Use GA4, Looker Studio and platform data to surface insights and recommend optimisations.
    • Track KPIs across all digital channels, ensuring spend aligns with department and business objectives.
    • Provide data-driven support for strategic marketing decisions.
  • Budget & Targets
    • Own daily, weekly, and monthly optimisation of paid activity within budget set by the Head of Marketing.
    • Translate top-line budget and growth targets into channel-level plans, pacing, and performance actions.
    • Monitor performance across Paid, CRM, and SEO, providing proactive recommendations to hit and exceed targets.
    • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to align digital strategy with broader marketing, brand and business goals.
    • Work closely with Design & Creative Lead to brief, adapt and optimise assets for paid, CRM and website use.
    • Share insights across teams and stay up to date with digital trends and tools.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 4+ years' experience in digital or performance marketing in a B2C or lifestyle brand.
  • Proven track record managing Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok ad campaigns end-to-end.
  • Experience running LinkedIn Campaign Manager for B2B or corporate lead generation.
  • Strong CRM and email marketing experience: segmentation, automation, personalisation, reporting.
  • Experience working with Mindbody data (or similar booking systems) to inform digital strategy.
  • Strong SEO and web optimisation knowledge.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • Confident managing budgets, forecasting and performance reporting.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
  • Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality or lifestyle brands.
  • Knowledge of CRO and landing page optimisation.
  • Experience briefing and adapting creative for performance channels.
