Committed Solutions is a recruitment care company operating around England and Wales with trained care workers who attend to the needs of our service users in the communities, nursing homes and in hospitals. We are looking for support workers who are passionate about the care they provide. We believe that every interaction matters and it is important to make it count.

Our organisation needs support workers who can provide good quality of care. The right support worker will truly value helping others and have a passion for providing compassionate care. Our organisation is a community-oriented team, and we are looking for support workers who want to be an integral part of a group focused on being there for the service users.

You could work both independently and as part of a team. As a support worker you could get involved in various activities such as:

  • Shopping, corner shop visits, walks, hospital and GP visits
  • Going to hairdressers and attending personal choice activities
  • Organising and participating in house activities

In addition to these social activities, we are also involved in cooking, cleaning, medication management and personal care.
