We are looking for caring, reliable, and enthusiastic community children’s support workers to join our growing team in Milton Keynes. This is a rewarding role where you will provide one-to-one support to children in their own homes and community, helping them develop independence, confidence, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to children in their own homes and local community
- Promote independence and support children with daily routines and activities
- Assist with personal care where required
- Encourage emotional, physical, and social well-being
- Build positive relationships with children and their families
- Work closely with parents, guardians, and professionals to deliver person-centred care
- Maintain accurate records in line with company policies and safeguarding requirements
Requirements
- Driver with own car
- Experience in supporting children either in residential settings or within their own homes (essential)
- A kind, compassionate, and patient approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
