Committed Solutions Ltd is seeking compassionate and reliable Care Workers/Home Care Workers to provide high-quality person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes and within the community.
The role involves supporting service users with personal care, daily living activities, mobility, meal preparation, medication support in accordance with the care plan, companionship and maintaining their independence, dignity and wellbeing.
Care Workers will follow individual care plans, maintain accurate care records, report any concerns or changes in a service user's condition, and work closely with colleagues and other professionals to ensure safe and effective care.
Applicants must be committed to delivering safe, respectful and compassionate care and be willing to work flexibly according to the needs of our service users.
Visa Sponsorship - Committed Solutions Ltd may offer a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) to suitable candidates who meet the relevant UK Home Office eligibility requirements.
Sponsorship is subject to individual eligibility, compliance with current immigration rules, and the company's sponsorship arrangements. Applicants must already be residing in the UK and meet the applicable requirements for care worker sponsorship.

- Previous care or support work experience is desirable.
- A caring, compassionate and respectful approach to supporting vulnerable adults.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow individual care plans and accurately complete care records.
- Understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality, dignity and person-centred care.
- Ability to support individuals with personal care and daily living activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends where required.
- Willingness to undertake mandatory care training and ongoing professional development.
- Successful applicants will be required to complete the appropriate pre-employment checks, including an enhanced DBS check where applicable.
- Applicants must hold a full driving licence and own a vehicle which will be required for work purposes.
