Commissioning Technical Services (CTS) is a UK leader in HVAC Commissioning, Commissioning Management, and Water Treatment. With offices in London and the Thames Valley, we deliver high-quality solutions across construction, pharmaceutical, commercial, data centre, and defence sectors. We pride ourselves on our high standards, structured approach, and commitment to supporting and developing our people. As our business continues to grow — including our operations in Germany — we are looking to expand our team with a motivated and reliable Junior Administrator to start in August/September 2026.
The Role
We are looking for a Junior Administrator to support our day-to-day office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in administration within a professional and growing company. This role is based at our London Bridge office, with flexibility around working hours. Travel to and from the office will be covered by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting general office administration and day-to-day operations
- Assisting with data entry, document management, and filing (digital and physical)
- Helping to coordinate training bookings and employee records
- Assisting with onboarding documentation and HR administration
- Managing incoming emails and directing queries appropriately
- Supporting expense processing and basic finance administration
- Liaising with suppliers and external providers where required
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
About You
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
- Ability to speak German (due to our German subsidiary operations)
- Previous administrative experience
