CTS is growing and seeking skilled Pre‑Commission Cleaning Engineers to support HVAC system performance across major commercial projects. Location: London & Home Counties | Central England | West of England | Europe
What you’ll be doing:
- Pre‑commission cleaning of closed water systems
- Flushing, dosing & filtration setup under supervision
- Sampling, chemical treatment & system water quality testing
- Interpreting method statements and system schematics
- Supporting senior engineers onsite and improving competency
- Preparing documentation and basic progress reports
Requirements:
- 1–2 years relevant building services or flushing/cleaning work
- Good understanding of LTHW/W system layouts preferred
- Keen to learn, reliable, mechanically capable
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel across regions
