Commissionaires are accepting applications for part-time and full-time positions for Security Guards in the Kingston District for federal, commercial, and construction contracts.

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a reliability and/or secret clearance (To expedite a RELIABILITY CLEARANCE it requires living in Canada for 5 years, for SECRET CLEARANCE requires living in Canada for 10 years)
Employment Qualifications
All applicants must:
- be at least 18 years of age
- be eligible to work and reside in Canada
- be computer literate
- hold a current Ontario Driver’s License, Ontario Security Guard License, and current First Aid Certificate
- provide a driver’s abstract and pass a CPIC check
- pass a Federal Security Clearance and/or Vulnerable Sector check
- be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
- be responsible for transportation to and from work
- have a good understanding of speaking, reading, and writing English. French or other languages will be an asset
- Medical and dental benefits, dependent on hours worked

- Paid first aid re-certification
- Safety boots, where required
Note: Security services are 24/7 and involve rotating shifts, including overnights, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
