This is an exciting, hands-on role driving fundamental brand changes globally, aligning with our transformation to be a leading UCaaS/CPaaS provider for SMEs and Local Enterprise. You\’ll play a vital part in delivering our group\’s brand strategy, positioning, identity, and corporate communications, helping us better articulate our story.

You\’re Role Will Include:
- Strategic Planning: Support brand strategy execution, ensuring brand values are central to content. Deliver internal brand roadmap, aligning with business goals. Consolidate global brands and report on KPIs.
- Brand Management, Identity & Design: Champion visual identity consistency. Advocate for customer experience, recommending improvements. Refine brand guidelines and support branding for acquisitions. Collaborate to bring the brand to life.
- Brand Positioning & Messaging: Craft content that highlights brand positioning and value, using the messaging framework for consistency. Draft content in our tone of voice. Support new launches with branding and content.
- Team & Development: Foster collaboration and innovation. Support budget tracking. Mentor junior colleagues in brand and content.
- Communications Strategy & Execution: Create content for internal and external communication. Own projects and deliver engaging content across various channels. Support PR efforts for positive coverage. Collaborate with the People team on internal comms plans.
What You\’ll Bring:
- Bachelor\’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in branding and marketing.
- Demonstrable track record of supporting the execution of a brand strategy to deliver against ambitious commercial goals.
- Experience of owning strategic projects (or key aspects of the project) in brand and communications very desirable e.g. company rebranding, integration of acquisitions, new communications roll-outs.
- Passion for content creation, with demonstrable experience of self-generating compelling content that resonates – ideally in the B2B technology space.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in the technology sector is essential, with experience in SaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS highly desirable.
- Experience of working with international stakeholders at all levels.
