We are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join our Managed Accounts team and help our most prestigious clients harness this power.

Your goal is to guide them through our ecosystem - SMS, WhatsApp, Email and VOIP to help them realise their full potential using the new Esendex Connect platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Consultative Growth: Transition from merely selling to becoming a trusted advisor, uncovering how our Azure-powered solutions can address intricate communication challenges for prominent brands.
- Strategic Upselling: Take the initiative with our existing portfolio to unveil new products that enhance the customer experience.
- Platform Advocacy: Represent Esendex Connect, showcasing how our new speed and scalability can revolutionize a client’s ROI.
- Relationship Excellence: Guide the customer purchasing journey within large organizations, managing complex negotiations and sealing high-value deals.
- Collaborative Success: Collaborate closely with our technical and product teams to relay client needs, ensuring our roadmap remains at the forefront of the market.
Who You Are:
- A B2B Professional: You boast a solid background in Account Management or Business Development, preferably in SaaS or Telecoms.
