As Commify transitions to a unified global platform and a SaaS-centric pricing strategy, we are looking for a highly organised Pricing Assistant. Your primary focus will be ensuring that every product, discount, and cost update is accurately reflected in our new platform.

You will work closely with our Pricing Analyst to turn strategic decisions into operational reality, handling the high-volume data entry and system maintenance required to keep a global business running smoothly.

  • System Administration & Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain price lists, product codes, and discount structures within our new unified platform.
  • Product Creation: Execute the setup of new SaaS products and features in the system as defined by the Pricing Manager.
  • Implement global price adjustments, ensuring all legacy acquired data is updated without errors.
  • Data Validation: Run regular audits to ensure the data in the platform matches our master pricing strategy and documentation.
  • Assist the Sales and Billing teams with pricing queries or system discrepancies.
  • Work alongside the Pricing Analyst to maintain and update Power BI dashboards.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Assist in gathering data for specific projects, such as analysing the impact of a recent price change or product launch.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling is essential. You should be comfortable with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data manipulation to prepare files for upload. Ability to flag inconsistencies clearly and work collaboratively with the Pricing Analyst is important.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Some experience of an office environment, ideally in an assistant-level role within Finance, Sales Ops, or Data Entry.
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI—even if only from a university project or online course.
