The Role
As a Lead Product Designer, you will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for user experiences within our product department. You will set the design direction, drive strategy across domains, and influence leaders across disciplines toward shared goals.

- Exceptional Craftsmanship & Execution: Deliver top-notch UX and UI outputs that integrate with our design framework, product specifications, and accessibility norms.
- In-Depth Design Thinking & Research: Act as an engaged problem solver who applies structure to unfamiliar challenges.
- Strategic Leadership & Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate design initiatives within the UK team, ensuring adherence to quality and strategic alignment.
