Requirements
  • Supporting the General Counsel in the running of the legal department, providing legal support to all areas of the business globally.
  • Responsible for maintaining precedent legal documents and negotiating customer and supplier contracts.
  • Providing commercial advice on all legal matters to the business and ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
  • Focus on areas of interest such as real property, intellectual property, employment and corporate law.
The Person:
  • Qualified Solicitor: Fully qualified Solicitor (or equivalent UK/international legal qualification) with a strong background in commercial law.
  • Commercial Contracts: Proven track record drafting and negotiating customer, supplier, and vendor agreements.
  • Pragmatic Approach: Ability to deliver commercially focused, risk‑assessed advice rather than just academic legal theory.
  • Precedent Management: Experience creating and maintaining standard company templates and precedents.
  • Adaptable Generalist: Comfortable supporting multiple global departments and prioritising a high volume of varied requests.
