We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing our visual storytelling and brand identity across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to bring creative ideas to life and ensure that our messaging is compelling and consistent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating eye-catching visual content for various marketing materials including digital ads, social media posts, email campaigns, and website graphics.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop engaging graphic concepts that align with brand guidelines.
- Designing presentations, infographics, brochures, and other collateral as needed.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for campaigns and initiatives.
- Staying updated with design trends and best practices to maintain a modern and fresh aesthetic.
- Ensuring all designs are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Creating artwork of the highest standard, adhering to any relevant brand and corporate guidelines.
- Adapting artwork based on feedback from the design and marketing teams.
- Working to short deadlines and fast turnaround times, managing multiple ongoing projects.
- Creating, preparing, proofing and checking print-ready artwork before sending to print or to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, ideally with a portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography.
- Experience in creating graphics for digital and print media.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
