Interest Rates, Currencies & Commodities Trading (IRCCT) is one of the principal divisions of Corporate Clients, acting as a counterpart for business lines across the Bank. The candidate will assist the Commodities Trading team in Asia as Trader support and in the team’s strategy in building a profitable client orientated business.

Key activities:

  • To help traders with monitoring of risk, positions, and tracking of market prices and activity.
  • To assist traders in booking of trades and other administrative duties involving product specific projects.
  • To act in accordance with the Commodities Market Risk strategy and framework.
  • To deal effectively with day to day activities, to act in a professional manner and with propriety at all times, to escalate to senior management as appropriate.
  • To know and keep updated of the rules and regulations of the markets and exchanges in which you assist in the trade.
  • To adhere to all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Provide other ad-hoc support where required as assigned by the bank.

Formal education:

University graduate / undergraduate. Recent graduates with no more than 1 year of professional work experience (excluding internships).
