- Work closely with Syndicate to provide support for roadshows and other marketing activities.
- Provide timely and accurate market updates and insights to clients to help them make informed investment decisions.
- Identify new business opportunities and cross-selling opportunities across different products.
- High interest in digitalization to lead initiatives and help improve databases and daily workflow tools.
- You enforce team spirit and feedback culture to ensure a continuous improvement of the team´s work and internal processes.
- You ensure appropriate planning and executing of sales initiatives within your team and usage of bank´s tools within these processes.

- Strong rates background, accompanied by established skills in bonds/interest rates derivatives
- Strong relationships with key UK institutional clients are a key requirement to perform in this job.
Specifically good contacts with relevant key stakeholders are required to perform a verifiable
- Success in Bond Taps and PP business on the primary side and secondary business on the other hand, proven track record of production.
- Comprehensive knowledge of market regulations, guidelines, and related workflows in responsibility
- Candidate must be motivated and have leadership attributes
- Exceptional customer orientation and strong can-do mindset with a proactive approach
- Creative thinking, strong analytical and conceptual skills additional financial, analyst qualification are beneficial

- Completed University degree in Finance or a related field (e. g. Economics)
- Experience on sell side
- Relevant experiences in executing Asset Swaps next to Bonds related business is considered an asset
