We are seeking a talented and driven Credit Trader to join our team in London. The successful candidate will oversee an investment portfolio of fixed income securities and derivatives, focusing on corporate and financial bonds across developed and emerging markets. Key activities
- Manage and oversee an investment portfolio of fixed income securities, including corporate and financial bonds, in both developed and emerging markets.
- Execute and monitor trades in fixed income securities and derivatives, ensuring compliance with investment guidelines and risk limits.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and risks in global credit markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including research analysts, portfolio managers, and risk managers, to develop and implement trading strategies.
- Utilize financial models and tools to assess the impact of market movements on portfolio performance.
- Stay informed of market developments, macroeconomic trends, and regulatory changes affecting fixed income markets.
- Prepare and present portfolio performance reports and trading strategies to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- University degree or similar with a focus either on Corporate Finance, Financial Markets or Economics.
- Experience in credit trading or a related field, with a strong understanding of fixed income securities and derivatives.
- Proven track record of managing and executing trades in corporate and financial bonds, ideally across developed and emerging markets.
