Asset Finance International - Origination/Execution

Job Description A leading corporate banking and capital markets organisation is seeking an Asset Finance International – Origination/Execution to join their team in London. Main Purpose of the Role: Front Office role working directly with Relationship Managers and Clients to originate and execute Asset Finance transactions. Asset Finance transactions include working capital finance products (eg Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, Securitisation, Factoring and Inventory Finance) and other bespoke structured finance products that are specifically tailored to client needs (eg leasing). Provide structuring expertise and detailed technical knowledge on our product suite sufficient to ensure transactions are well managed from inception to execution. Full responsibility for the execution of certain transactions whilst working as part of a larger team on more bespoke larger transactions. Help manage existing portfolio (Amendments, Waivers, Repricing, Annual renewals etc) Key Activities and Competencies: Transaction structuring including understanding of commercial, accounting, regulatory, compliance aspects of a transaction.
