We are looking for more Technical Sales Professionals, with at least 3 years of experience working for an ISP or Telecommunications company, to join our growing team, based in our London Office.
You will be responsible for sales growth within a given portfolio of existing customers and warm sales leads. Your key skills will be the ability to quickly understand a customer’s business and achieve profitable sales growth by building strong business relationships and selling our relevant solutions to a portfolio of assigned customers. You will also be an expert in liaising with internal departments to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Understanding your customers’ business and selling appropriate innovative and tailored solutions and propositions.
- Coordinating winning responses to tenders.
- Identifying growth opportunities within the territory and collaborating with technical teams and other internal teams to sell solutions.
- Becoming a trusted advisor to the decision makers, stakeholders and executive sponsors within the key accounts in your territory.
- Operating as the lead point of contact for all sales matters specific to assigned customers.
- Taking appropriate action, internally, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of sales orders.
- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and sales funnel information within the company’s CRM system.
- Compiling and presenting accurate account plans and sales forecasts.
- Making contributions to the continuing development of our global sales team.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES
- Achieve assigned sales quotas from a portfolio of existing and new accounts.
- Maintain account plans and CRM reporting that meet company standards.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Complete required training and development objectives within agreed time frames.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working for a B2B ISP, or telecommunications solutions provider.
- Strong selling, business relationship-building, negotiation and customer service skills.
- A good understanding of two or more of the following technologies: Fibre connectivity, VSat, networking, microwave, and wireless connectivity.
- One or more of the following certifications: Cisco, Microsoft, Mikrotik etc.
- Previous experience working in technical sales or account management.
- Comfortable talking to C-level.
- Ability to propose and sell technical solutions to B2B customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good technical problem-solving skills.
- Available to start immediately or on short notice period.
