Are you an experienced Customer Service or Sales Administration professional looking for your next opportunity?
We're recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join an established manufacturing business in Wellingborough on a 12-month fixed-term contract .
This is a varied role combining customer service, order processing, data analysis and sales administration , with plenty of interaction across both customers and internal teams.
The role will involve:
- Managing customer orders, schedules and requirements.
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Identifying and resolving supply or delivery issues.
- Producing sales, KPI and forecasting reports.
- Using Excel to analyse data, create reports and manage spreadsheets .
- Coordinating transport, customer packaging and despatch documentation.
- Supporting continuous improvement, new product introduction and engineering change projects.
