We\’re on the hunt for Insurance Sales Consultants to join our clients award-winning team in Northampton or Wellinborough!

?? Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
• 1 Saturday in 4: 9:00am – 1:00pm (we think it\’s only fair to share!)

?? What will you be doing?
Think of yourself as a problem solver and trusted advisor.

• You\’ll chat with customers over the phone, understanding their needs.
• Offer tailored insurance solutions across caravans, boats, holiday homes and more!
• Deliver a five-star experience every time (and yes, they have the awards to prove it!).
• Bring empathy, patience and positivity to every call – many of your clients will be vulnerable or elderly.
• Smash your sales targets and earn that bonus!

• Confidence, energy and a can-do attitude!
• Experience working with customers (face-to-face or phone).
• Sales experience is a bonus, but not essential – they\’ll train you!
• Passion for delivering amazing service.
