As Sales Administrator, you'll play a key part in supporting our client's business development team - speaking with corporate customers, qualifying enquiries, keeping accurate CRM records and helping new opportunities move through the pipeline.

Key responsibilities:- Generate and qualify leads through internal systems, external platforms and social media.
- Research and network proactively to secure meetings with decision-makers in target accounts.
- Maintain and update CRM data, track leads accurately, and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure leads quality and maximise conversion rates.
- Support marketing campaigns and follow-up activities to drive engagement.
- Previous experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales support is ideal, but we welcome candidates from high-volume, phone based customer service or sales roles to apply.
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner and resilience.
- Experience engaging with B2B & corporate clients will be useful.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong IT skills and experience using CRM systems.
- Competitive salary up to Β£30,000 DOE + uncapped commission.
- Hybrid option after probation (2 days WFH).
- 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays.
- Quarterly social events, pension scheme, free parking & onsite gym.
- Due to the location of our client's head office you must have access to your own transport.
