Permanent Monday - Friday (NO WEEKENDS)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 plus bonus (OTE Year 1 £40,000)

Due to a retirement my client is looking to hire a Parts Advisor to work in a team of 4, where you will be providing parts advice to existing clients who are needing replacement parts for their commercial/plant vehicles.
Roles and Responsibilities for the Parts Advisor include:
- Communicate with customer and suppliers
- Develop and follow up enquiries
- Identify customers parts requirements
- Sourcing suppliers, web research
- Improve product knowledge to prepare quotations effectively
- Accept and process customer orders
- Customer / supplier liaison
- Work with key accounts
- Customer and product support - dealing with customers queries / issues
To be successful in the role of the Parts Advisor you must have:
- Customer service / sales experience
- Aptitude and interest to learn about technical parts
- Computer literate, knowledge of basic Word and Excel
- Ability to work on own initiative within a strong team framework
- Communicate effectively by Telephone and e-mail
Extra information:
- Monday to Friday 08.00-17.00
- 25 Days Holidays (increasing to 28 with years in service)
