The Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Area Sales Manager to take ownership of the Northeast territory (NE, DH, SR, DL, TS, YO, HU, DN). You will manage existing accounts, build long-term relationships, and drive new business growth in key sectors. You will have the freedom to:
- Own your territory and set your sales strategy
- Develop and expand relationships with both regional and global accounts
- Identify and win new business opportunities
- Work closely with marketing to follow up on leads
- Report and forecast performance while providing insights on market trends
This is a high-autonomy role with excellent support, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on business growth.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven field sales experience in technical or industrial sectors
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- ONC in Electrical/Instrumentation or similar; Engineering degree desirable
- Full UK driving licence
