Working in a team of 3, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns and events.
Roles and Responsibilities for the Marketing & Events Coordinator include:
- Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Manage social media platforms and engage with online communities to enhance brand presence
- Organise, promote and host their webinar series
- Work with our outsourced provider to organise and deliver their events programme
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to enhance marketing strategies across social media, e-mail communications and websites
- Creation of digital content including news items, blogs and press releases to promote key activities including events and awards programme
- Support the day-to-day tasks of the marketing and communications team
To be successful in the role of the Marketing & Events Coordinator you must have:
- A Marketing/Events Qualification or experience in a similar role
- Experience of managing content, writing engaging copy and proof reading
- Understanding of digital marketing commercial applications
- Self-motivated, proactive approach to working
- Familiarity with SEO, e-mail marketing platforms, and social media tools
- Relevant IT skills - Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Canva or Photoshop
- Ability to influence at a peer group level
