We’re looking for a IT Support Technician to join our team on‑site with one of our valued clients in the legal services sector. This role is ideal for someone who has recently completed a university degree, college course in IT (or equivalent) and is eager to take their first steps into the industry. You’ll work alongside the onsite IT Support Technician, gaining hands‑on experience in tasks such as setting up laptops, preinstallations, building machines, logging support calls, and carrying out basic troubleshooting. This is a great opportunity to start building a career in IT within a professional services environment.

Your responsibilities as an IT Technician will be:
- Assist in setting up and configuring laptops, desktops, and other end‑user devices.
- Support preinitiation processes including imaging and basic configuration of machines.
- Log and track support calls and service requests using the firm\’s helpdesk system.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and‑escalate issues to senior technicians when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of hardware deployments and software installations.
- Ensure all activities uphold confidentiality and data protection standards.

- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.

- Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems
