Customer Service Coordinator Near Corby / Hybrid Permanent Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
What you'll actually be doing:
- Acting as the day-to-day contact for key customers - queries, updates, problem-solving
- Managing orders end-to-end (from quote through to delivery)
- Working closely with external sales and supply chain to keep everything on track
- Proactively keeping customers updated rather than waiting for them to chase
- Handling pricing, delivery schedules and stock-related decisions
- Sorting out invoice queries and general 'when things don't quite line up' issues
