Customer Service Coordinator
- Monday to Friday – rotating shifts: 8am-4pm / 9am-5pm / 10am-6pm

We\’re working with a well‑established business in Northampton that\’s looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their friendly, fast‑paced team. You\’ll be the go‑to for customer queries, order processing, and keeping everything ticking along behind the scenes.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Handling customer orders from all over the UK – making sure they\’re accurate, timely and well communicated.
- Answering calls and emails about deliveries, pricing, invoices, product availability and all the usual bits.
- Matching invoices to delivery notes, posting documents and keeping tabs on prescriptions (yes, really – it\’s a niche but interesting part of the job).
What They\’re Looking For
- Someone with solid admin skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- A confident communicator who\’s comfortable on the phone and in writing.
- Someone who thrives in a busy environment and doesn’t flap when things get hectic.
- IT savvy – Excel, Word and ideally Salesforce (but they’ll train you if not).
