Are you an organised and detail-focused administrator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We’re looking for a Sales Operations Co-Ordinator to join the Commercial team and provide vital operational support to our Smart Technologies Team. In this role, you’ll help keep projects, orders and customer communications running smoothly, working closely with internal teams, suppliers and key clients to ensure everything is accurate, timely and well coordinated.
Your responsibilities as a Sales Operations Co-Ordinator will be:
- Raise quotations for major clients as agreed
- Serve as the first point of contact for orders and liaise with the wider team where necessary
- Process customer purchase orders (POs) before works commence
- Process sales orders and raise POs for multiple suppliers regarding installations
- Run delivery notes for all stock dispatched from the warehouse
- Accurately maintain and update the master installation spreadsheet with relevant details and raise official orders on the system, allocating part codes and stock
- Maintain strong relationships with key contacts and liaise between the customer and internal teams
- Liaise with the customer and internal teams
- Process orders through to completion
- Set up support / maintenance contracts
- Log and record incoming sales orders for processing
- Balance rep sheets and send monthly reports to relevant BDM and departments
- Ensure periodic charges are set up and invoiced and ensure the spreadsheet is up to date
- Liaise with the Project Teams with regard to updates on installs and stock
About you:
- Proven experience within an Administration role is essential
- Demonstrate a passion for customer service with the ability to build long lasting relationships
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- You will have a positive and professional attitude towards your work
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Enthusiasm and drive to learn
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with emphasis on prioritisation
- You will be IT literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook
- Flourish within an environment where you have the ability to work both as part of a team and individually
