Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond to IT support requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Document and track issues, solutions, and work performed using ticketing system.
  • Support the IT team with various projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • IT graduate or previous experience in an IT support role.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
