Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Location: Armagh / Dublin (with hybrid working model) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent A rapidly growing construction and fit-out contractor based in Armagh/Dublin is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its team. The company delivers high-quality projects across a range of sectors including commercial, retail, healthcare, hospitality, and residential. With an expanding workload and a recently established sustainability division, the business is focused on delivering modern, efficient, and environmentally responsible construction solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a business in an exciting phase of growth and play a key role in shaping its future. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial delivery of multiple construction and fit-out projects. The role offers a high level of autonomy and visibility, with full commercial ownership of projects from pre-construction to final account. The position is primarily based in Dublin and includes a hybrid working structure, with approximately two/three days per week on-site, one day in the regional office (Armagh), and one/two days working remotely. Manage commercial aspects of projects from procurement through to final account Prepare interim valuations, cost reports, CVRs, and final accounts Procure, negotiate, and manage subcontractor packages Monitor budgets, forecast costs, and ensure financial control across all projects Identify and manage commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Support pre-construction and estimating functions where required Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally within fit-out or general construction Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently Strong knowledge of cost reporting, subcontractor procurement, and valuations Full clean driving licence Salary from €60,000+ depending on experience Fuel card and full travel cost reimbursement (tolls, mileage, parking) Hybrid working model (site, regional office, and remote) This role offers an excellent opportunity for a capable Quantity Surveyor to join a forward-thinking contractor at a key stage of its expansion and contribute directly to its ongoing success.
