Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Has practical knowledge of Regulatory Compliance with local, state, and federal OSHA, CSE, Inc. Rules and Regulations and Site‑Specific Rules and Regulations. Understands OSHA standards relating to Steel Erection; understands and complies with CSE, Inc. Safety Program, rules, regulations and updates. Works within AISC Certification Procedures.
- Assists in building, construction, maintenance, and repair operations using various materials, equipment, and hand, pneumatic, and power tools in the performance of semiskilled manual tasks. Cleans and sharpens tools; makes minor repairs and adjustments to power driven equipment; sweeps and cleans, etc. Picks up and delivers materials and helps make measurements.

Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma preferred.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid driver’s license.
Other Qualifications
Must be able to travel. Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
